• Scarf construction: The scarf is knitted from the bottom up on straight needles using a cable needle, too. This cable stitch is a reversible pattern, so the cable motif looks the same from both sides.

What you need (not included)

• Yarn - 4-5 skeins (800 g - 1 kg) of super bulky /super chunky weight yarn (#6). The pattern is applicable to thinner yarns as well (bulky (#5), worsted (#4)). The scarf on a photo is knitted from a handspun super chunky yarn Merino Mini by Knit Design Studio (200 grams / 60 meters). But you can use any yarn you want (yarn variants - The Wool by We are Knitters, Malabrigo Rasta, Crazy Sexy Wool from Wool and the Gang)
• Knitting needles - 1 pair of 15 mm (US 19) straight knitting needles. The circular needles are also possible.
• Cable needle 15 mm (double-pointed needle can be used as well)
• Tapestry needle
