Worldwide shipping

 

  • The standard worldwide delivery is made by Ukraine's national postal service, Ukrposhta.

Shipping costs are determined by your country of destination and the total weight of your order. To find the exact shipping cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and the shipping rates will be displayed.

Order preparation usually takes 1-3 business days. Some orders take up to 5 business days to be shipped (it refers to handspun yarn and knitwear made to order). After shipping the order you will receive an email with all the shipping information and tracking number. You can track your order in a real time here: https://ukrposhta.ua/en/

Delivery times can vary greatly, depending on the destination country. 

Once it ships, average standard shipping terms (as of May 2024):

  • United States of America - 10-14 days
  • United Kingdom - up to 10 days
  • Europe (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal) - up to 10 days
  • Europe (France, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland) - 10-14 days
  • Italy - 1-3 weeks
  • Canada - 10-14 days
  • New Zealand - 10-14 days
  • Japan - 10-14 days
  • Israel - 2-3 weeks
  • Australia - 2-3 weeks
  • Express worldwide delivery (UPS Express and FedEx) is also available by request for additional cost.

These deliveries typically take up to 10 days for delivery. If you wish to use our express shipping service, please contact us via email at info@knitdesign.studio before placing your order on our website. 

Shipments to the USA (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on DDP terms. As of August 29, 2025, US customs duty (10% of the declared value for the goods from Ukraine) applies to every international parcel. We prepay this duty and include it in your shipping cost. This guarantees smooth customs clearance and ensures that you will not be charged any additional fees by USPS or couriers upon delivery.

  • Pick up

You can pick up your order in Kyiv by the address: 69 Alishera Navoi Avenue, Office 5. It’s necessary to make an appointment and agree on a date and time in advance. Our studio is not a shop which is open to the public and so there isn’t always someone available to follow visitors. For this reason it’s essential to make an appointment in advance.

Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for appointments. To schedule your visit, please contact us in advance by phone or message (via SMS, Viber, or Telegram) at +380503907184.

  • Nova Poshta (delivery to a branch, automated parcel lockers or courier delivery)

Delivery is made in Ukraine to Nova Poshta’s branch, automated parcel lockers or by courier in your locality.

The order is delivered at the buyer’s cost. Delivery cost — according to Nova Poshta fees.

To receive the shipment you need to present passport, international passport or Nova Poshta app, as well as the number of express shipment note. The complete catalog of branches, automated parcel lockers, fees and delivery terms can be found on Nova Poshta website novaposhta.ua

  • Ukrposhta  (delivery to a branch). The order is delivered at the buyer’s cost. Delivery cost — according to Ukrposhta fees.

The orders are shipped by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta service daily from Monday to Friday. When placing and paying the order till 15.00 - the order is shipped the same day. Terms of delivery - 1-5 days (depending on a locality and chosen post service).
