Super bulky yarn HELLO MERINO. Made from 100% Australian merino wool this super bulky weight yarn is the best yarn for easy, quick and cozy knitting of your accessories (beanies, scarves, mittens), sweaters, cardigans or chunky warm blankets. The yarn is very soft, warm, not itchy. Excellent yarn for beginners!

  • Fiber: 100% Australian merino wool (21 microns)
  • Meterage: 80-90 meters (87-98 yards) per 200 gram ball
  • Yarn weight: super Chunky / super bulky / Yarn Weight 6
  • Thickness of a yarn: approx. 5-7 mm
  • Yarn details: Roving type yarn with a slight twist
  • Average tension: 7 stitches + 9 rows per 10 cm / 4 (using 15 mm needles)
  • Recommended needles: 10-12 mm (for beanies), 12-15 mm (for scarves, snoods, sweaters, cardigans)
  • Care: hand wash with a cool water and without any agitation. Lay flat to dry.

Blocking

This yarn does not necessarily need to be blocked after knitting. The yarn opens up the texture during the knitting. Knit and enjoy the garment!
